Introduction

This portfolio is where I'm going to showcase my old vs. new artworks that I have been working on for a while ago and some are just the new one as well as see how much I have improved after practicing different techniques/skills. I have been working hard on these pieces of artwork for years. Each of them have it own theme, color combination, story that represent different sides of my personality as well identity.

Also in this portfolio, I will share my experience, what materials that I use, and what I have been through, my through and emotion, to be able to complete these pieces as well as share some tips/skills for amateurs who just getting started with drawing.

My objective/goal

My objectives/goals that I have given to myself before creating this portfolio, firstly, is to showcase my old vs. new artworks that I have been working on for a while ago and some are just the new one as well as see how much I have improved after practicing different techniques/skills. Secondly, I will share tips that I have gathered myself while working on those pieces for those who have the same struggle with me can learn and improve their drawing skills and techniques. Thirdly, I will help people who get started with drawing materials for art that are required and which one is high quality and safe to use but also “comfortable” for their pocket.

Hi, my name is Nhien. I’m 12 years old. I’m a 7th grade student who learn at AISVN. I enjoy drawing by myself and I love to join art community, where people share their artwork and therefore leave comments about what they think about it. I like to look up for famous artists artwork as an inspiration but not copy the exact same thing and from that create a piece that represent me. I never give up and keep trying until I get it right. I'm a person who love to try different things/styles to find out which one belongs to me.
